I enjoy working with adults and couples. I find that everyone deserves a chance to be heard. People need a safe space where they can talk about their current or past struggles, a place where they can go through the healing process with care and compassion. Everyone has struggles and sometimes people need some extra support to go through the valleys of life. The goal is that with evidence-based practices a person will come out stronger than how he or she came in. In addition I am offering ART Sessions (Acceleration Resolution Therapy).
