It is my desire to help those who struggle with depression, suicidal ideation, hopelessness, trauma, PTSD, grief, and anxiety. I provide a compassionate, non-judgmental professional environment in order to help you maintain emotional stability in your daily activities. Areas of significant focus for me include depression, EMDR, grief and trauma due to my personal childhood experiences. My inclination is for every teenager and adult to live a healthy and positive quality of life.
