I want to work with people that feel "stuck" and want to bring about meaningful change in how they experience their lives. Change can be difficult and uncomfortable. This work takes commitment and most of all the courage to sit in the discomfort of choosing something different. I help clients that are willing to show up for themselves as they navigate towards a healthier way of managing their lives. I believe that no matter how hard and uncomfortable it is look within, we all have a desire to better know ourselves and tap in to our fullest potential.
