Finding a therapist that you "click" with can make a huge difference. I work primarily with adults with anxiety, depression, and difficulty managing stress. My strength is my ability to blend a genuine caring with the science of personal change. I value being down to earth and using humor when appropriate. I work at the level of thoughts and actions, and also at the level of deeper insights and feelings. I put a large focus on building coping skills including emotion regulation and distress tolerance.
