Many of my clients live with chronic pain, autoimmune conditions, or complex medical issues and have felt dismissed, minimized, or gaslit by medical providers. Living with chronic illness often leads to anxiety, trauma responses, and nervous system dysregulation. Medical trauma can develop over time through repeated medical appointments, procedures, misdiagnosis, or ongoing health uncertainty.
