My path to this work was shaped by my own healing journey and the profound impact of compassionate, affirming care. I’ve worked in the mental health field across a range of settings, including inpatient psychiatric units, crisis hotlines, and private practice. I work with clients ages 15 and up, supporting individuals navigating a variety of concerns such as mood and anxiety disorders, ADHD, trauma, identity exploration, life transitions, and relationship challenges.
