Little Seed Wellness is a queer-focused practice that is trauma-informed. Our clinicians have a wide array of expertise including navigating trauma, neurodivergence, eating disorders, substance use, and religious trauma. We aim to create a safe, affirming space to explore identity and heal from systemic injustices. Our clients often struggle with anxiety, depression, and feelings of isolation, wanting to reclaim their narratives to embrace their identities and foster resilience. Together, we cultivate a community where healing and self-acceptance can flourish.
