Virtual Client Openings! You are painfully aware of not feeling seen, heard, or validated by the people you desperately want to feel close to. In social situations, you may get in your own way- stuck in your head with anxiety about judgment or about saying the ‘right’ thing. More than anything else, you want to feel connected – to friends who don’t judge you; to a partner you can feel comfortably vulnerable with; and to yourself in a way that’s kind and compassionate. We will start with improving your relationship with yourself and you will no doubt see a ripple effect! I use a trauma informed approach that includes Internal Family Systems and EMDR to help my clients feel better through deepening their relationship with themselves and resolving past trauma. I work well with clients who have experienced emotional neglect in childhood.
