Sometimes feelings are overwhelming without a reason. Reaching out for help seems like one more thing. It sometimes feels like you are shattered into a billion pieces. I get it, we've all been there. I work mostly with teens, having been a troubled and angry depressed teen myself. I have seen people take the broken pieces of their lives and create beauty. My specialties include working with adolescents using EMDR and Trauma-Focused CBT to help with trauma, no matter how big or how small.
