Ideal client is someone who is "functioning" on the outside, but struggling inside. They struggle with anxiety, relationship challenges, and low self-esteem and feel stuck in patterns that affect how they see themselves and connect with others. They are thoughtful, caring and self-aware, but internally they feel overwhelmed, insecure and emotionally drained. Relationship issues often cause emotional pain and self-doubt. Together, we can help the individual feel safe and secure within themselves, learn to set healthy boundaries and understand and meet their own needs. I offer a safe, supportive space where individuals can explore their emotions without judgment. Through gentle guidance, practical tools and compassionate support, I help clients build a stronger sense of self-worth, feel more secure within themselves, and develop healthy boundaries. Together, we work on gaining emotional clarity, and insight awareness.
