We work with a variety of clients, and because we are a group practice with diverse experience and niches, we have someone for everyone! We see clients 18 and older and some providers will see kids and youth! Ideal clients for us are those looking for telehealth services or those who are needing services in their home because they are homebound (or seniors living in long-term care communities). We enjoy working with clients are who self-motivated and will work with issues with either acute or chronic issues. We do have a few providers that see clients in-office in Belleville, IL. We are a group practice with over 20 different providers with a vast array of experience. We have both LCSW and LCPC's within the practice and are credentialed with most major insurances. We primarily offer services via telehealth but we do go into clients home (or long-term care community) as well, location dependent. We can meet most any need.
