At Livewell Behavioral Services, I combine evidence-based practices to support meaningful, lasting change. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and certified Wellness Practitioner through the National Wellness Institute, I integrate Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), the Transtheoretical Model (TTM), and the Six Dimensions of Wellness to create personalized, effective behavior intervention plans. Whether we meet weekly or biweekly, I use structured accountability tools that encourage progress and reinforce positive, sustainable habits.
