Hi! My name is Cynthia Russell and I love being a therapist. I love helping people come from where they are in life to where they want to be. I have had the joy working in the community, inpatient, and within hospitals. In those experiences, it has lead my to create a place at Living in Freedom for individuals to come and experience the chance and opportunity to know that they can live in the freedom of one's life and not be held to what is causing pain, hurt and other emotions that are not wanted in one's life.
