As a Humanistic therapist, I recognize the unique differences and needs of the diverse individuals here in Alabama. As such, I make every effort to modify treatment in order to respect those needs. My goal is to create a safe and non-judgmental therapeutic environment with a balance of empathy and genuineness. It is my belief that when individuals are afforded a strong therapeutic alliance and relationship, they are able to learn the skills they need to navigate through life. Furthermore, when individuals can gain confidence and develop their faith they are able to gain hope, which facilitates lasting change.
