My ideal client is someone who admits they need help due to the fact that what they have been trying thus far is not working. They are looking to better themselves or help remedy life conflicts, stress, trauma, addiction, or daily life struggles. A client who is ready to engage in having a thoughtful, nurturing, safe space to help them move to a healthier life style and finding peace within. My new and ongoing training aligns with my core-values and therapeutic approach. I am confident the more I continue to learn, the better I am equipped to serve the individual needs of my clients.
