There is an inner dialogue running all day long that provides negative, judgmental, and critical feedback about most of our behaviors. In most cases, we are not even aware of it. "I know my boss hated the idea I just proposed " - " I am a horrible partner./or mother." The internal streaming plays all day. You can be so much more than "fine." Self-Compassion enables you to step away and begin the amazing journey of self care. My coaching practice takes you from where you are in your life, to where you would wish to be. Learning to share the same compassion, patience, and care with yourself that you share with friends, family, and those you love. Suspending practices of self criticism and judgement, and replacing them with understanding, acceptance and love.
