I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Master's level Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor with more than 8 years of experience. I have worked in a variety of settings, such as mental health clinics and Hospitals. I work with teenagers and adults of all ages who are struggling with anxiety, stress, depression, career issues, life transitions, interpersonal issues, low self-esteem, couples’ issues, grief, and cultural/identity concerns.
