I consider myself a skills training therapist as I want to be able to find tools that help people feel better faster. I offer various appointment types to fit most developmental and scheduling needs. My philosophy is that our mind and body are inextricably linked, and that we must treat the whole person – not just their symptoms. Research is now showing us just how impactful stress, sleep, depression, and anxiety can be on our overall health. I have been working in the mental health field since 2010 and I have been a licensed therapist since 2014. My expertise is working with kids and adults with trauma, chronic medical conditions, and medical trauma. I have previously worked in the medical field supporting patients with chronic health conditions and adjusting to new expectations of life.
