My work centers on supporting individuals who feel disconnected from themselves and others, who feel overwhelmed or empty even when their lives appear to be functioning relatively well from an outside point of view. Existence is complicated, and suffering varies from person to person. However you term it - anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, etc. - your experiences are deeply personal and impactful. I offer space for clients to drop the mask and connect with their internal experiences. A lot of my clients are quite insightful, but feel stuck even though they understand, logically, what they experience.
