All of us, at some time or other, need help. I work with children, teens, and young adults who are navigating life and find that they need a little help. I have an extensive background in working with kids and adults who are grieving, as well as experience with anxiety, depression, and other life transitions. I use art and play with my younger clients to support them in building coping skills, self-esteem, and emotional understanding. I believe in meeting my clients where they are, working with them to recognize their strengths, and supporting them on their path to resilience and post-traumatic growth. For those who do not think of themselves as "talkers," I like to incorporate creative techniques into my therapeutic approach. My goal is to ensure that clients feel safe, understood, and accepted for who they are and for who they hope to become.
