I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who works with adults and older adults navigating anxiety, grief, stress, and everyday life transitions. I have a particular passion for supporting first responders and those in high-stress roles who are used to showing up strong for everyone else - but may struggle to extend the same support to themselves. Whether you're managing daily stressors, facing a big life change, or just need a space to breathe and process, I'm here to meet you where you're at. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in respect for your lived experience. I draw from CBT, DBT, Adlerian, person-centered, and strengths-based models but I tailor therapy to fit your needs, not the other way around.
