I enjoy working with adolescents, young adults, and middle-aged adults with a variety of needs such as low self-esteem, poor self-image, depression, anxiety, trauma, peer relationships, family conflicts, identity issues, and life transitions. My services focus on regaining a sense of control over triggers that have caused difficulty in daily functioning by providing coping skills.
