In our sessions together, I work to create a safe space where individuals feel heard, supported, and guided. I recognize each person brings a unique set of experiences and values that have helped shape who they are and how they show up in the world today. I offer psychotherapy to help people learn how to identify their emotions and respond to them in a healthy way instead of being overwhelmed by them.
