I am a trauma therapist committed to helping those who have experienced past traumas or adverse experiences grow and recover. My work focuses on understanding how past experiences effect our daily lives, so you can cope, heal, and be the best version of yourself. Whether you have symptoms of anxiety, depression, PTSD, self-esteem, substance use, or relationship issues, I am here to offer support. I believe that everyone can change and move past the past even when it feels impossible for you to believe that about yourself. During our first session, we'll work together to create a plan - do you want to focus on building coping skills for the struggles you have now? Explore the root causes of the issues you're facing? I use EMDR, Somatic Therapy (Sensorimotor), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, & Motivational Interviewing. I am an EMDR Certified Therapist.
