My name is Liz and I provide individual therapy services to adults with the goal of healing attachment and relational trauma, decreasing self defeating patterns, and increasing access to resiliency, autonomy, and fulfilling relationships with self and others. I aim to create a space and working relationship based in mutuality, autonomy, acceptance, collaboration, authenticity, and care. I work with adults of all ages and have additional experience working with folks who are experiencing perinatal mental health symptoms, folks in nontraditional relationships including polyamory, and folks who are experiencing substance use/abuse.
