My practice is Trauma-Focused Psychotherapy, and I am here to support you in working towards wholeness by integrating the mind, body, and spirit. Most of my clients are adults seeking to heal from unresolved childhood wounds. I work with the "little ones" inside the adult. I offer Brainspotting, Somatic Therapy, IFS (Parts Work), and Psychedelic Integration. As a First-Gen Latina, I am passionate about working with other Latinx folks to reconcile with the unique experience of being first-generation Latinx.
