Welcome! I work with a diverse group of clients, but specialize in counseling adults and adolescents struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. My experience includes working with people recovering from childhood abuse, those exploring their sexual orientation or gender identity, people struggling with obsessive thoughts, those wishing to examine their substance use, and individuals grappling with a chronic illness. I seek to provide an environment free of judgment, where we can talk candidly about your past and current experiences and feelings. I use an eclectic approach within an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy framework. We will discuss what is going on in your life and work together to build a trusting relationship. We can practice strategies and coping skills that increase your resilience and improve your relationship with yourself and to others.
