Therapy is an amazing journey that can help with many areas of life that may feel overwhelming and unchangeable. I have a passion for helping others and find joy in the work I do. I would be honored to be with you on this journey. I have been practicing in the field since 2004, working with youth, adults, and families. Please email me to schedule an appointment. I am currently working with older children (age 12+), teens, and adults. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities to fit your needs, as well as EMDR (trauma treatment). I have experience treating: anxiety, depression, Selective Mutism, Bipolar Disorder, PTSD, trauma, sexual abuse, abusive relationships, grief and loss and more.
