Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable, and self-aware, AND still feel disconnected from themselves or stuck in the same patterns, no matter how much insight they have. You may be tired of second-guessing your needs, managing your emotions alone, or wondering why things don’t feel better even when you “understand” yourself.
