I believe that the therapeutic relationship between client and counselor is foundational to meaningful progress. It is through this trusting relationship that clients can feel safe enough to explore, grow, and ultimately achieve their goals. The field of mental health has always felt like a calling, and I’m honored to bring both my life experiences and clinical training into my work. I believe that every individual possesses unique strengths. My role is to help clients identify, access, and build upon those strengths. I use a person-centered approach, often informed by a relational-cultural lens.
