I believe there is purpose in behavior which is shaped by positive, negative, and traumatic experiences and relationships. Throughout the counseling process we will explore how negative thoughts & experiences have reinforced the perception of oneself & worldview, and how to replace negative thinking patterns/behaviors to increase self-worth leading to fulfilling relationships and connections.
