Hi, my name is Liz! As a mental health counselor, I accompany individuals through life’s challenges and bear witness to their experiences. I work to provide children, teens, and young adults the tools and a safe space to grow and succeed. I have experience working in the behavioral health field in outpatient, partial care, and home settings. I specialize in addressing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment issues, ADHD, anger management, and other behavioral concerns.
