As a military spouse who has traveled the world, I deeply understand the struggles that come with major life transitions and unforeseen changes. With a decades-long background in yoga and meditation, along with six years of hospice volunteer experience, I bring warmth, wisdom, and presence into my therapeutic work in our Westlake Village office.
