About

Starting therapy is a meaningful investment in yourself, and I value the courage and commitment it takes to begin. Whether you’re struggling in relationships, navigating parenting or career transitions, coping with loss, or finding it hard to manage certain moods or thoughts, therapy can help you create real and lasting change. I have experience treating depression and anxiety, and I also enjoy working with people living with more severe mental health conditions such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and other forms of psychosis. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a collaborative process. Together, we’ll clarify what you want to work on, explore patterns between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and create strategies that promote progress. My goal is to help you move toward greater stability, self-understanding, and a renewed sense of well-being.
