Hello and thank you for your interest in starting therapy! I work well with clients who are motivated and driven to change their lives for the better. I often assign small homework items to help facilitate the process of growth. I'm able to connect with clients who are open with their concerns and value an insight-oriented approach. I especially enjoy working with college students, parents, young adults, healthcare workers, and those in the midst of a transition such as starting a new job, moving, grief, separating, graduating, etc.
