Hello! I’m Liz (she/her), a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over ten years of experience supporting adults, older adults, families, and children. My areas of focus include supporting adults and older adults with phase-of-life changes, grief and loss, significant life stress and transitions, chronic health concerns, anxiety, and depression. I've worked with individuals in a variety of settings—including at home, in clinics, outdoors, inpatient, and telehealth—and I value the uniqueness of each person’s life experience.
