I believe that the relationship between therapist and client is a collaborative partnership. I strive to create a safe space for my clients to feel empowered in their curiosity– to be curious about themselves, curious about their relationships with others, and curious about what they want for their future. I specialize in working with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, life transitions, relationship conflict, and trauma. I also have experience helping families navigate changing dynamics and supporting caregivers in the constantly changing and challenging journey of parenting.
