I strive to create a comfortable environment where the client feels safe to process life's challenges. I have worked with youth of all ages, parents, and the family unit for over 20 years. I am ideally suited to provide therapeutic skills related to perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, general mood and anxiety disorders, youth/teen issues, young adults, parent-child relationships, attachment issues, and LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy for ages 16+
