I have a deep love for people and desire for people to know and embody their worth. I approach therapy from a belief that healing begins with the therapeutic relationship itself and I will collaborate with you to discover new levels of safety and wholeness. It would be honor to come along side you in this journey. Before counseling I worked as a theatre artist and this informs my belief that healing is a whole body, as well as a creative endeavor. I have a high regard for the sacred and the role of spirituality and will incorporate this as directed by you.
