I'm a psychotherapist with a passion for helping people change their lives. I'm an author and podcaster. I specialize in anxiety, depression, addiction, menopause, family, women's issues, and weight loss. I myself have been in recovery for over 23 years from alcohol. I help people with the goal of living happy fulfilling lives. I believe that everyone deserves happiness and that laughter is a great healer. I'm spiritual, I practice meditation and exercise daily. I feel animals are beneficial to healing all people. I was in the addiction field for many years specializing in opiate dependency.
