I am a trauma therapist whose specialty is working with teens, college students, and young adults struggling with various mental health issues. I also specialize in working with foster youth and young adults. I am trained in a variety of approaches, including EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) and TF-CBT (trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy).
