My clinical experience spans parent/child relationships, trauma, anxiety, mood disorders (including bipolar disorder), ADHD, postpartum mental health, stress, and life transitions. I support families navigating change, children struggling with emotion regulation or friendships, and parents wondering how to build better routines, set boundaries, or reconnect with a child who seems distant or dysregulated.
