I provide a supportive, compassionate space for teens, women, and families who may feel overwhelmed, stuck or emotionally drained while trying to hold everything together. I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship stress and burnout, helping them feel more understood and supported as they move through challenging seasons of life. I have a special focus on women’s mental health, supporting clients experiencing infertility, pregnancy and infant loss, postpartum depression and anxiety, peri-menopause, and the emotional shifts that often accompany parenting, identity changes, and work–life balance. You do not have to manage these experiences alone.
