I enjoy helping individuals meet their goals: decreasing PTSD symptoms, navigating grief, people-pleasing, acceptance of self, stress management, parents who want to increase connection with their kids, increasing emotional intelligence, healthy coping skills, building motivation within yourself, adapting to new adjustments, strengthening your interpersonal relationships, coping with terminal illness, recovering from burnout, and so much more.
