I love to work with folks who know it's time for a change and are ready to do the work, but need a guide to get there. Whether that change is recovering from trauma, exploring gender and sexuality, or breaking out of unhelpful loops in your relationship, my goal is to offer the support needed to face the hard stuff and make meaningful change possible. I am a highly experienced provider for survivors of sexual/relational trauma, active duty/veterans, and emergency-responders. I also specialize in supporting clients who are working through gender and sexuality issues. Lastly, I love helping couples find their way back to each other.
