Everyone has a reset button. I will guide you to find it and teach you how to use it. I help people from all walks of life that are stumped by negative patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving. Whether you were hurt by others or if you did the hurting, or life happened to you in a way that blind sided you, I want you to know that you can get back up.
