Hi there, I'm Liza. I work with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, grief/loss, cancer diagnosis, relationship issues, life transitions, infertility/miscarriage and faith/spirituality concerns. My therapy style is warm, engaging and compassionate. My aim is to create a safe space where my clients feel seen, supported, empowered and equipped with tools to address their concerns and improve their lives. I provide individualized support using a blend of CBT, mindfulness, client-centered and strengths-based modalities.
