I offer strengths-based, in-person therapy in the Phoenix area, and telehealth in California, using cognitive-behavioral techniques, inner-child work, EMDR and Exposure and Response Prevention. Specializations include Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, PTSD, addiction and recovery, and treating children and adolescents with anxiety.
