There are times in our lives when joy seems impossible to attain, sadness and worry seem to rule our lives, our relationships begin to fail and success seems impossible. However, there is a way back to joy. I believe that therapy should be a safe place to explore these emotions so that we can allow joy to flow back into our lives. My goal in therapy is to help you explore healthy coping skills. I want to hear your story and teach you to own your story. I want you to feel whole, redefine your sense of self and experience life in a more healthy and positive way. I work with individuals and families. I am licensed in GA and FL.
