I am a psychotherapist, currently utilizing tele-health services for therapy sessions. My primary focus is working with issues related to anxiety, depression, self-esteem, interpersonal relationships, skill building, infertility, pregnancy, prenatal and postpartum issues. I work together with my clients to rediscover themselves and reach their goals. Through the development of a strong therapeutic relationship, I have helped clients gain better insight into the underlying cause of their symptoms, empowering them to make positive life changes.
